Real Projects. Real Brands

The main challenge was working entirely from a flat image with no separated elements. Every part, eyes, mouth, hair, arms, had to be manually reconstructed and separated by hand before any rigging could begin. Since the reference was AI-generated, there were also hidden areas (behind hair, under overlapping features) that needed to be recreated from scratch to hold up under movement, along with careful texture matching so nothing looked pieced together once animated.
We started with a quick call to align on exact scope: facial expressions, accurate lipsync, head movement, and natural hand gestures, while keeping the lower body simple since it wasn’t needed for her format.
After delivery, the client had a few refinement requests, adjusting the chin, shortening the neck, softening some linework, and eventually asking for a second “happy” mouth set so her expression stayed warm even mid-sentence. Each of these was folded into the existing rig without needing to rebuild anything from scratch, exactly the point of building it properly the first time.
The result: a fully rigged, photo-realistic character that performs her natural speech, expressions, and gestures in real time, requiring no animation experience on her end. She now records content regularly using the system, and has already returned for additional refinements as she continues building out her on-screen presence.

A Reusable system for alpecin DMG Shampoo
Goal: Build a hyper-realistic animated character system replicating the brand ambassador’s real identity for sponsored content. The character needed to be immediately recognisable to existing audiences while enabling the agency to produce consistent video content without recurring production costs.
Challenge: The character had to balance photorealism with animation functionality. Real sponsor logos including Alpecin DMG, Wahoo, and Canyon had to be reproduced accurately on the cycling jersey. The face needed to match the real person closely enough for brand consistency while remaining fully animatable. Generic cartoon aesthetics were not acceptable for this brief.
Approach: A hybrid workflow combining AI upscaling for reference quality with full manual redesign and layer surgery in Photoshop and Illustrator. All poses were built as frame by frame cycle layers for smooth professional movement. Lip-sync and facial expressions were calibrated to replicate natural human movement rather than exaggerated cartoon behavior.
Result: A production ready Character system with drag and drop ease , realistic facial tracking, and full lip-sync. The agency can now produce talking head content featuring their brand ambassador without camera setup, travel, or repeated production costs.

Consistent Brand Identity for e-learning series
A course founder had already tried building an on-screen presence for his lessons himself before coming to us. When he tested what we built, his reaction was immediate: thrilled with the level of detail, right down to catching his own receding hairline. And without hesitation, he said it was better than what he’d had before.
He was racing a founding-member launch date for a full eLearning series, with a growing list of lessons that all needed to sound and look like the same person, consistently, without a camera day for each one.
His workflow now is simple. Record the lesson audio. The presence lipsyncs and performs it automatically, head movement and gestures included. Export straight into his course. One early calibration fix on the eye movement, and it’s run clean ever since.
The real proof isn’t the first render. It’s that the person who has to use it every week for the life of his course chose it over doing it himself.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do we get started?
Start with a short call. We understand your goals, then recommend the right content system.
2. How much does a project usually cost?
Every project is scoped based on complexity and usage. Some clients start small, others build full systems. We discuss options on the call and align with your budget.
3. What does "Plug-and -play" means and how can i self-animate?
Plug-and-play means we deliver a fully prepared character system that works instantly.
You don’t build anything.
You simply:
- Open the character in Adobe Character Animator
- Turn on your camera and mic
- Drag or trigger pre-built actions (talk, gestures, expressions)
- Record or stream immediately
No rigging, no layer setup, no technical work. If you can use a mouse and webcam, you can animate it.
If you don’t want to animate yourself, we also offer a done-for-you system where our team creates and edits the content for you.
4. Do I need to be on camera or have a character?
No. Some clients use characters, some don’t. We design the system around what fits your brand best.
5. What kind of content do you create?
We create custom visual content systems — animated, static, character-based, or edited — tailored to how each brand wants to communicate.
6. Is this done-for-you or something i can use myself?
Both. We offer fully done-for-you content, as well as plug-and-play systems that are easy to use without technical knowledge.
